Post exams celebrations

It was the last paper of the module, and after the paper, the group went Vivocity, Marche for dinner. (For bigger image, clink on the photo please) The food. Personally i like the Rösti, which is a Swiss dish consisting mainly of potatoes. =) We also took some photos with the ''Plastic Cows" outside.. And to expose my cheeky classmate.. Exams are over! Got money to buy iphone, but queues are everywhere..

I took my last exams for the course, which took me 1.5 years. However i still don't think i can make it for this paper, but what's done already is over, shall not think of it. The results will only be known in February 2010. And till then, i need to find things to keep myself occupied. Good luck! When i reached, i see the whole shop full of people, went forward, wanting to tell them i reserved an iphone. And to my horror, the queue was actually out of the shop, stretching the whole covered linkway of the mall... about 30 people and still queuing.. "But i reserved already.." i told the M1 staff... "Sorry, you still have to queue..." was the answer.. What for i reserve for one in the first place? -__-" Luckily, they are not the only one selling iphone now. iPhone available to StarHub, M1 customers from Wednesday

The news is out, after looking at friends owning them and me playing and using it. =) A lot of you may already been using it.. but still its a new toy for me! SINGAPORE: StarHub will make available the iPhone to its subscribers from Wednesday. It will also offer a range of new 3G mobile plans to meet the different needs of iPhone customers for voice, SMS and data usage. iPhone 3GS and iPhone 3G models will be available for free on the 3G SmartSurf Unlimited plan with a two-year contract. Altogether, four new 3G SmartSurf price plans will be introduced. Local data usage charges are capped at S$48 monthly. Customers who have pre-registered for the iPhone will be given priority. Hours after StarHub revealed plans to rollout its iPhones, M1 announced it will do the same this Wednesday.There will be four new iPhone plans offered by M1. M1 said its iPhone customers will also enjoy call benefits of unlimited free calls to three M1 numbers, per second billing and discounts of up to 35 per cent on subscription fees with the multi-line saver programme. Local data usage charges are capped at S$36.38, slightly below StarHub's rates. All three telcos have showed their hands for the iPhone price plans. For the moment, M1 is leading the pack, with the following advantages: 1. 10GB of data usage 2. Data cap of up to $36.38 3. Lowest price plan for iPhones at $36 (Compared to Starhub's $38 and SingTel's $39 based on the lowest-end plan) For now, here's a quick round-up of the price plans. Update: We just received a statement from a SingTel spokesperson that they will announce new revised iFlexi plans within the next few days, which will be extended to new and existing iFlexi customers. Update: StarHub has just revised their price plans, bundling 12GB of data on the first three price plans instead of the original 1GB.

I actually reserved from both M1 and Starhub, and today i tell myself, the company that get back to me first, i will buy from them. (so childish! haha..) Anyway most probably i be getting the M1 iPhone Lite plan, and paying $248 for a 16GB model. (The 10GB free data really made me go wow.. ) *And Starhub just revised their data to 12GB... What a drama! Oh a Christmas present for myself..... =)

Baby Full Month Celebration

Haha!! It was super intense studying over the weekends. Why? To clear out the memories of last paper, and to "upload" the information needed for the Thursday paper. Well, this cheered me up.. Back to my notes...

Cleared a paper today!

Hi all, i took my first paper today! It was alright, but brain was blank towards the end of the paper. What's done, can't be undone, just hope for the best! One more paper next week, on the 10th. Go Hong Wei ! =) * * * * * * * * Some updates from last week. 28 Nov 2009. A happy occasion. My dear friend, and great pal, Kenneth, who served the Army with me got married! It was a great gathering for the Army pal group. It was fun, fun and more fun! =) * * * * * * * * Remember the Nepalese orphans (Link at the side of my blog) ? My friend already flew over and they managed pay off the school fees and even got a bank account in Nepal for the children as reserve! I am so happy to hear this..! And best of all, she mailed me a photo of the kids, and they even wrote 'Thank You' at the back of it. So touched! Shall be taking note of their status, and will continue to help if they need it.
