Long time since i posted running post.
( Yes, i been lazy, and busy.HAHA! )
Anyway, took part in the Jurong Lake Run 2013, in July 2013.
It was a 10km run, and of a good weather ! ^^
The cheering from the volunteers helped too.
Their "加油,加油。。"
And, of course, the very important Water Points that i aimed to reach, so that i can have some water to drink, and carry on running.
With mixture of runs and walks.. i managed to find the run. *(Timing was not important, finishing the race was.)
Trying to motivate myself at the 9km marking with this photo...
Continued running and, i reached !
Well done, next run soon.

Bruce Lee - 40 years - 20 July 1973
20 July 2013.
40th death anniversary of Bruce Lee.
Time passes so fast, its already 40 years of his death !
More reading can be found on Yahoo's news article.

His way of shouting and fighting.. That yellow suit..
Some of his best quotes..
Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle and it becomes the bottle. You put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now, water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend.”

My faovorite quote : “Be happy, but never satisfied.” ― Bruce Lee
You have been a legend, Bruce Lee.
RIP.

Hail storm in Singapore - Tuesday, 25 June 2013
Past few days, it was pure heat and haze in the air in Singapore.
Today, it finally rained, and a Hail Storm !
And it happened in the west area of Singapore, the area where i am staying. (But i was in office, and did not witness it with my own eyes.)
However along the way home, i did saw trees of the whole road, actually fell. And in turn, causing a little traffic jam.
I took a picture when i alighted at my bus stop. A block signature was found hanging at the opposite block too !
Anyway, check out the pictures people caught over at Stomp.
What is a hail storm ?
Hail is a form of solid precipitation. It consists of balls or irregular lumps of ice, each of which is called a hailstone Sounds like "raining ice" =P

Since the hail storm happened in the west area of Singapore, ( the area where i am staying ), of course the rain and wind was strong.
Believe it or not, Mum called and informed me that my room got kinda flooded as i did not really shut the windows, and "locking" it.
Yes, i took about 2 hours, to shift my study table, and clean... It could have been longer, luckily mum and dad, helped out!
It was a chance to clear thedirty room. HAHA!
Friends in Singapore, did you witness the Hail Storm today? =)

Hope you are doing good!
Hi Michael,
Hope you are doing good. It's been 4 years since your departure.
Your music still stay. Not to worry.

The Haze, back with a vengeance.
Every year, the haze will come back to us.
The wind blowing towards us... The lack of rain...
After a few days of breathing in dust, and itchy eyes.. this time around, it got really terrible, with the Pollutant Standards Index (PSI) hitting a new record of 400, on 21 Jun 2013.
Anything above 300 is considered, Hazardous.
The following picture, cheered me up a little.
Anyway, forecast for 23 Jun 2013, was predicted to be in the very unhealthy range of 200 to 300.

Got myself a mask (not the better N95) but just to prevent myself from breathing in too much of the unwanted particles.
I think i looked more handsome with half the face covered up. (Haha!)
Let's hope it rains, or the fire in Indonesia gets better.
Meanwhile, to all, tons of water, take care!
