How to be a good boss?

Today i shall talk about: "how to be a good boss..?" Honestly im not the boss. Being the boss don't mean you can start to order people around, to do work.. or to start scolding the people that you once dont like. You must be a boss, you must also listen to your subordinates at times, finding out how they are doing,and being a listening ears. If your subordinates hate you and don't work, who's gonna do the work? YOU lah! I might not have the chance to become one. But if really, my friends, you got a chance to be the Boss. Monday Blues with a good movie..

It was a long day. Need to do month closing again. Busy days ahead.. Anyway, watched "The Ugly Truth" with Mariyam after work. It was a nice show.. =) But i still see Gerard Butler as the character in "300" "Spartans.. !!" * * * * * * * * We can prevent war, we can prevent fighting but not natural disasters ! Reading the disasters in Philippines.. Philippines asks world for help as flood toll hits 140 Take care, those in the Philippines! Don't give up!! And those not affected, do continue to help to save the Earth. It seems time is out for us! *scary* Got class tomorrow. Got to sleep before 11pm. Good night all! =)
