I also want to be a Taxi Driver !

According to this article, this taxi driver, Mr Muhammad Hasnor Hashimearns about SGD 7,000 a month.

When i saw the article, my eyes opened BIG.

SGD 7,000 a month?

Is taxi driver really earn so much?? (For a while, i really wanted to be one too...)

The article reported, Mr Muhammad works 6 days a week for at least eight hours a day, and rests on Sundays. His work day starts at 5.30am when he sets off from his Woodlands flat, and ends at 10pm, with enough time in between for him to drive his children to his in-law's home, have his meals, take a nap to recharge, and spend time with his family.

6 days a week, long hours everyday.

Not easy. But with the money earned, i guess he is more than happy.

At times, i also want to quit my job, and go for a 3 months, or 6 months holiday.
In my dreams i can, in reality, i can't.
Who is going to pay for the bills ?
Will we have enough to spend, without working for at least 6 months ??

Korea 11 to 17 Oct 2012

An-nyeong-ha-se-yo Korea ~!

I finally get to travel to Korea !

It was a great one week get away from the hectic work. (But it was more hectic when i returned to work.HAHA!)

The timing that i went over to Korea, it was slowly turning into Winter season, and it was quite cold,, especially at night, and the morning.

And i felt so rich, suddenly, after changing into their Korean Won. =P

Just to share some of the food, eaten during the trip...

Kimchi was in every meal we had... =)

It was overall a great trip, although the rushing around..
Food, the cooling weather, the nice mountains and scenery.

If there is a chance, i would like to go again !!
