Goal for 2016.

2015 went past in the blink of the eyes.

Do not wish to accept the fact, but it is 2016.

Goal for 2016 shall be : Keeping Healthy, and Being Happy.

  • No alcohol.
  • No fried food. 
  • More vegetables and fruits. 
  • More exercise.
