My first 12km run.
With not much training before hand, my leg muscles cramped towards the last 3km.. however i pulled through it..
Overall all, was a good experience..
Running along the running track of East Coast Park, with the sea breeze blowing at you, and of course, plenty of water points (100 Plus!!)
Surprises me when i bumped into 2 of my friends, while running. HAHA!

After about 1 hour and 50mins of jogging, and walking, this was what i was aiming for!

The lanyard was so nice, right? =)
And i think i should invest on this NWZ-W252 Walkman® Player as my companion while jogging...
It was always fun to join on a run for a cause, I have participated once with my friends.. But, I also discovered I don't have endurance.
