This can be dues to stress at work, problems faced, relationship problems, and many more.
Last night, i faced this problem.
I count sheeps..
I tried counting to 9465738592 times.
Did not work.
So i on the laptop, tweet, and play games.
Bejeweled.
Tried to make the eyes tired..
Did not work.
Come to a point, whereby i saw the clock was 2am, i went to give my final try, on the bed.
After some twist and turns on the bed, i fell asleep. (Finally.. but not sure what time was it. Haha!)
And judging at how it is going, i hope i can sleep well tonight. =)
